Shop Policies & FAQ
- PROCESSING TIME- We are currently on a 2-5 business day processing time frame. Please keep that in mind before ordering. If you are ordering and need your order rushed, reach out to us and we will try to accommodate any requests.
- CHANGES OR ORDER ALTERATIONS- Orders CANNOT be changed once completed. This will only be allowed if the item you are changing is the same price as another item. You must do this within 24 hours of ordering as sometimes, depending how busy we are, we may pack your order the same or very next day!
- PAYMENTS- We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal! If looking to pay through Cash app or Venmo, reach out to our Facebook page and we will complete your order there. WE DO NOT ALLOW SPLIT PAYMENTS. The order must be paid in full in order for it to leave our shipping area.
- SHIPPING- We package our orders with the most care possible. GWCC does not control what happens during shipping. If any items come broken, we ask that you reach out to us with picture verifications of said broken items. We only allow this up to 24 hours after delivery, after that we are no longer responsible for any damages.
- PICKUP AND LOCAL DELIVERY- Local delivery is mostly done towards the end of the week and Sundays.
- REFUNDS- If your order is marked as complete and you have been sent a tracking number, we cannot offer a refund on your order. This must be requested before your order is packed and a label is purchased.
- GET WICK'D CANDLE CO.- We take pride in the quality of our products. We are a small business with big business dreams, and ask that you treat our business with respect. All of our customers mean the absolute world to us and we promise to always treat each and every customer with the utmost respect. YOU guys keep US going, and for that we are forever grateful!

How many days does it take to process an order?
We are currently on a 2-5 business day processing time frame. That is the general time frame but normally orders are processed either the same day they are ordered or the very next day.
What if I received a product and I would like to return it?
Unfortunately, all sales are final.
What if a product I received came broken?
If you receive a product that came broken in the mail, we ask that you take pictures of said product and reach out to us at getwickdcandles23@gmail.com. Once the pictures are reviewed we will send you a replacement product free of charge or issue you a refund.
What if I would like to make a bulk order or an order for a shower or party?
We would love to hep you out with this! Reach out to us at getwickdcandles23@gmail.com, and we will gladly accommodate you. We would love to make party favors for showers and parties and we offer more discounts on bulk orders!
